Maria Jose Cristerna got married. She then went through a bad break-up. She is/was a lawyer.
So, like any person who suffered some heartache would do, she tattooed her whole body, grew horns and had fangs installed.
She is now knowns as Mexico’s “Vampire Woman”. A term she didn’t like at first (which is odd when you transform yourself into a vampire by choice) but now embraces the name.
I don’t know why her and her husband separated, but I’m going to go out on a limb and guess she had some fuckin’ emotional issues.
